REDUCTION; INSURANCE REDUCTION; OUT-OF-STATE
TICKETS.
Georgia Law states (GA law 40-5-57 under the big C) that if you get a ticket and you take a defensive driving class before going to court, you may be able to apply to the court for a special program that will reduce the fine and provide no points on your license. The judge can reduce the fine by 20%. This option is available one time within a 5-year period. This is a six hour class and we offer this class weekly on Wednesday and Thursday Evenings 6:30PM-9:30PM. It is a six-hour class so you will have to attend both evenings.
