A-Metro DUI & Defensive Driving School
We have just started our Drug and
Alcohol Evaluations Program here at A-METRO DUI SCHOOL. We are working with
extremely professional evaluators certified by the State of Georgia.
As of July 1, 2008, Georgia House Bill #336 requires a Drug and/or Alcohol Clinical Evaluation for anyone with a first DUI conviction. Note: The state started enforcing this law as of July 1, 2009. What this means is that the courts and probation will require you to do the Drug & Alcohol Clinical Evaluation. Your attorney may also request that you have a Drug and Alcohol Clinical Evaluation before going to court. Individuals convicted of a second DUI/Drug Charge within a ten (10) year period must complete a Drug & Alcohol Clinical Evaluation before the Department of Driver Services will restore their license. We would like to offer you our services, Our evaluators are Georgia State Certified. We realize the high cost of a DUI and we try to keep our prices as low as possible. We will treat you with courtesy and we will respect your privacy. We are located in Doraville on the Marta Line. Since you may not be able to drive, we feel this location will be convenient for you. We offer the Drug and Alcohol Clinical Evaluations on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Evenings 1:30pm-5:30pm or later on Friday if necessary.
